Data-driven and AI-driven privacy modeling technologies are emerging areas that are yet to be well-defined in our industry. Simultaneously, we are conducting applied research on state-of-the-art methods in related fields. You will have numerous opportunities to explore a wide variety of scenarios and undertake cutting-edge research work to impact billions of users and customers. Responsibilities

    • Within the realm of privacy data using natural language processing algorithms, develop highly-scalable classifiers and algorithms, with a particular emphasis on areas such as text classification, knowledge graph construction, sequence tagging, among others.

    • Implement relevant applications in the fields of privacy and security. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of content generation, code generation, and intelligent dialogue.

    • Explore cutting-edge technologies related to NLP and apply them to scenarios focused on privacy. Qualifications
    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least 3 years of professional working experience.

    • A solid foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) related algorithms, coupled with extensive study and hands-on experience in specific areas of natural language processing. These areas encompass, but are not limited to, text classification, similarity matching, dialogue question and answer, machine translation, knowledge graph construction, intent understanding, and sentiment analysis.

    • Strong coding skills, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or C++, and a robust foundation in algorithms and data structures.

    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Practical experience in relevant business scenarios is preferred.     The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $237500 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
