- Responsible for the error-free documentation process, data entry, and quality assurance
- Performs final inspections on all gages that leave the facility.
- Responsible for scanning documents, verifying purchase orders, item numbers/ descriptions, material type, and serial numbers
- Matches serial numbers with top accuracy to the order, pick ticket, and physical product.
- Compare data across three databases and review for discrepancies.
- Responsible for notifying corresponding departments of discrepancies and documenting them on the non-conformance database for review.
- Creates a certificate by company and ISO standards.
- Accurately organizes and maintains files for documents, records, specifications, certificates, labels, and other documents/ data.
- Other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor or management.
- High School Diploma; some college desired
- Strong computer skills – proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and Internet.
- 5-7 years' experience in document control.
- Preferable experience with API and ISO1705 or other similar quality standards.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with strong attention to detail, highly organized and computer literate.
- Must be able to prioritize workload, solve problems quickly, and interact with others to achieve efficient, seamless workflow.
- Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment.
