    Who You Are:
    A passionate and driven recruiting professional
    • Ideally with 1 3 years of experience in a healthcare recruiting role Ideally you are familiar with licensing for counselors, social workers, and other mental health professionals An exceptional manager of your time, and a goal driven team playerSomeone who values a quality over quantity approach to recruiting, and really enjoys talking and building relationships with candidates Schedule: Full Time
    • Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm MSTLocation: Remote
    • Some travel for training may be required for training Compensation: $24.

    What You'll Do:

    Manage 15-20 open job requisitions, schedule discovery calls to build candidate connections and determine best fit and next steps.

    Build and maintain a relationship of trust and respect with hiring managers, prioritizing collaboration and partnership.

    Prepare, extend, and follow through on candidate offers including answering questions, facilitating feedback to hiring managers, and coordinating the handoff to the onboarding process.
