We're seeking an action-oriented engineer with intellectual curiosity who is excited to put their experience and potential to use leading a cross-program effort at Ball to ensure that our electrical support equipment can operate on the networks and in the environments required to support our programs.

Our collaborative, cross-functional teams are committed to innovation, integrity, continual learning and strong execution.

    What You'll Do:
    • Work in a fast-paced team environment getting our non-flight electrical equipment and corresponding software into the environments (both classified and non-classified) and onto the networks where it has to operate, and maintaining it in those environments.

    • Prepare and present plans and processes as well as project status information to key stakeholders.
    • Support meetings with program management, Ball management, customers, and partners (including traveling to other locations for these meetings when required).
    • Support shipping and deployment of systems into environments at our customer, partner, or launch facilities.
    • Write, review, update, and execute test procedures and test scripts to verify and certify our systems in their deployed environment including troubleshooting any issues with the deployment.
