- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

- Assist with the receiving and storage of food and supplies.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or executive chef.
- Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality dishes.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
