Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals according to our menu specifications while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $21.

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager.
• Assist with the receiving and storage of food and supplies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or executive chef.

• Proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
