    About the Role:

    • We are in search of a proficient data engineering specialist who can hit the ground running. This position is crucial for the success of the Dynatron SaaS and DaaS product lineup. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability of our data pipelines, data warehouse, and overall data quality to align with the company's data-centric strategic objectives. To thrive in this role, you need to:
    • Have a combination of leadership skills and practical experience. You will lead the way in assessing and advocating for industry best practices while being hands-on in implementing them.
    • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to a team of data engineers, promoting a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Demonstrate the ability to question the existing architecture based on your past encounters and substantiate your recommendations. Never settle for mediocrity.
    • Display a keen interest in becoming an authority on all facets of Dynatron data.
    • Possess extensive expertise in devising, executing, and automating top-tier data pipelines utilizing platforms like Airbyte, Airflow, Snowflake, and Stored Procedures.
    • Have a deep understanding of designing, modeling, and implementing data warehouses on Snowflake. Proficiency in Snowflake is a must, while experience with other platforms like Redshift is advantageous.
    • Demonstrate substantial experience in custom ETL and pipeline development using languages such as Python and PHP.
    • Showcase familiarity with methodologies to ensure data quality across pipelines and data warehouses, and resolving data quality issues within the existing architecture.
    • Have hands-on experience with the AWS technology suite, including S3 and Lambda.
    • Experience in crafting custom ML models and generating AI solutions is a desirable skill.
    • Work closely with diverse teams, such as product managers, software developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to grasp data needs and provide solutions that align with evolving business requirements.
    • Lead by example, displaying a dedication to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all your endeavors.

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Five or more years of experience in developing, implementing, and upholding relational/data warehousing environments.
    • Proficiency in handling relational databases like MySQL and Vitess (sharded databases).
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket) for managing codebase and deployments.
    • Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Beam, Flink, or similar tools is a plus.
    • Outstanding problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    Compensation Range: $140,000 - $160,000
