About El Dorado:
El Dorado is located amidst the scenic timberland's region of south Arkansas.
There are many small towns located near there, but it is also close to Little Rock, AR, Shreveport, LA, and less than a day's drive from New Orleans.
El Dorado is home of the El Dorado Promise The promise provides scholarships to El Dorado High School graduates for college in the US, covering tuition and fees up to the most expensive Arkansas public university rate.
The role will primarily focus on field instrumentation, valves, analytical process instruments up to and including control system hardware and asset diagnostics.
Role Description
Champion Mechanical Integrity for site instrumentation, compliance and control's reliability, PM management and execution.
Maintain and develop site Mechanical Integrity procedures for Instrumentation.
Maintain and develop site Key performance indicators.
Participate in work scope reviews and audits for unit shutdowns, outages and normal operations.
Promote a culture of Mechanical Integrity Stewardship and Compliance through customer service, individual integrity, teamwork, employee innovation, personal and site accountability.
Participate in the (MOC) work process supporting Mechanical Integrity and Process Safety Management (PSM) best practices
Participate in PSM/RMP Compliance audits
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher OR five (5) years or more in instrumentation and controls experience in a refinery or chemical process
Functional safety experience including a working knowledge of LOPA, C&E's, SRS, and SIL ratings
Instrumentation and Controls design and reliability experience
TÜV Functional safety certification
Supervisory experience within a chemical, refining or petrochemical operation
Special Attention:
This position is safety and security sensitive in nature.
This position deals with hazardous materials and/or industrial processes that can pose a risk to employees and the general public.
This facility is required to comply with security standards under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CFATS regulation 6 CFR Part 27.
