    The Director of Marketing leads the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies across multiple markets which include Healthcare, Hospitality, Interiors, and Education.

    This leader will be a champion of customer needs and accountable for developing the future talent pipeline needed to deliver a seamless customer experience.

    Success includes collaborating across teams to ensure business objectives are met while addressing the landscape of competing marketing priorities. In addition to being a strong strategic thinker, this role requires a hands-on team player.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    StrategyLeads the development of B2B 360° marketing strategies to deliver on business objectives and drive growthAnalyzes key marketing performance metrics, using tracking tools to formulate actionable insightsSynthesizes data and insights to design and bring to market experiences that deliver on a seamless customer experienceExplores and recommends AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data from various sources, identify new customers and engage with them at the optimal timeCross-Functional CollaborationWorks with sales teams, product teams, and others (including C-suite leadership) to ensure marketing strategies align and deliver timely against business objectivesFacilities working sessions with cross-functional teams to create feasible and customer/user-focused solutionsTalent / CultureProvides leadership to the marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviorDirects critical functions including content and demand generationCultivates marketing team effectiveness and adoption of best practicesFinancialsExecutes with fiduciary duty and responsibility to the Company, particularly when dealing with vendors, and other third partiesIdentifies and mitigates risk, with respect to transactions, contracts and other business items


    ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
    Achieves Marketing goals for delivering against business and customer experience objectivesSupports the achievement of strategic objectives critical to other functional areas


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Four-year college degree, MBA a plus7+ years of B2B marketing experience, B2B commerce a plus4+ years of experience leading a marketing teamStrong project management skillsExperience with a broad range of technologies including CRM, marketing automation, CMS, web analytics, DAM, and PIM (Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), Wordpress, Enterprise E-Commerce experience a plus)
