- Collaborate with other designers, product marketing and development managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design concepts.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various platform features, ensuring seamless user interactions and intuitive navigation.
- Design and build pre-production prototypes of web applications and mobile apps using Figma and other design tools.
- Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that align with our brand identity and design guidelines.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices to ensure consistent user experience across platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics to continuously improve the platform's user interface and experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions into our platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a Digital Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, with an emphasis on user interface and experience design.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial processes or artificial intelligence technologies is a bonus.
- Familiarity with CSS, SCSS, JavaScript and React is highly desired
- Knowledge of major Web browsers and the capabilities and limitations of each.
- Knowledge of current and emerging web development tools.
