- Provide direct nursing care to residents in an assisted living or personal care setting
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound care, and ensure resident safety and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, mobility, and positioning of residents
- Document all care provided and maintain accurate resident records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to resident care and safety
- HS Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse training program
- Current Pennsylvania LPN License, CPR Certified, First Aid Certified
- 1 year experience working in long-term care
