What is Being Offered:
$65K base + bonus

PTO
Company vehicle

What The Position is About:
Visit job sites daily to ensure clients have been contacted and to monitor progress, quality, safety, cleanliness, and site security
Create job schedules, order materials, and schedule trade partners
Review proposals and contracts
Conduct pre-construction meetings at the start of each job
Responsible for material delivery and oversight management of jobs
Conduct regular project review meetings with clients

The Right Candidate Will Have:
Experience managing residential or small commercial projects
Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques & systems, and building codes
General Contractor's license is preferred but not required
Individuals looking to enter and be training in the home improvement industry
