    TechLaw Consultants, Inc., is a nationwide, employee-owned firm headquartered in Chantilly, VA, and has been in business since 1983. Our environmental consultants help government and commercial clients assess performance, manage risk, implement sustainable remedies, and resolve uncertainty.

    We are seeking Federal Contract Project Financial Analysts in our Chicago and Edison offices to support environmental consulting, engineering and remediation projects nationwide.

    The positions are primarily office-based (minimum of three days per week), requiring strict adherence to standard operating procedures, programmatic planning documents, health and safety policies and practices, and quality control requirements.

    Responsibilities And RequirementsDevelop pricing of professional services and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) for proposalsSupport Project Managers through the preparation and issuance of various financial reportsPerform monthly and quarterly financial review of major projectsCommunicate with corporate Finance and Accounting groups to support development of client invoicesCoordinate monthly review of project and program financials with responsible Project, Program and Executive managersProvide monthly accrual, cost and revenue reporting and maintenancePerform various related duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with a focus in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field5 years or more of applicable experienceA strong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated excellent teamwork and interpersonal skillsGood written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesAbility to pass a government background checkPreferred candidates will have extensive experience with Deltek/Costpoint/Paycom systems and Microsoft Excel.
