- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current unrestricted New Mexico license
- Minimum 1-2 years FNP experience
- Current DEA Certificate
- BLS
- Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients.
- Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient's age-specific needs.
- Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities
- Implements interventions to support the patient to regain or maintain physiological stability, including but not limited to serving in the first assisting role.
- Monitors the effectiveness of interventions.
- Facilitates the patient's transition within and between health care settings
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
- Facilitates staff, patient, and family decision making by providing educational tools.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification in specialty area
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS providers card as required by department and facility.

We are actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner on a PRN ("as needed") basis for our clinic located in Albuquerque, NM.
Will care for a pediatric (24 months+) and adult patient population in a value-based care model; 30 min appointment times, shifts would be between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, no late clinics, no after-hours charting.
This clinic will also be implementing a Mobile Unit, so willingness to obtain a New Mexico Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is highly desired.
