*Title: Physician Assistant *for Pain Management.

Seeking a Board Certified Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with experience in hands-on patient care. Applicant must possess all appropriate licensure and certification requirements with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide total patient care under the supervision of a physician
• Perform physical examinations and document preventative health measures
• Manage patient treatment plan
• Facilitate referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, etc.
• Document patient chart and other documents as appropriate
• Orders and interprets diagnostic test relative to patient's age-specific needs

*Qualifications/Certification:

• Graduate of a Physician's Assistant Program
• DEA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
