    The HARBORVIEW - DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE SUPPORT (DNS) has an outstanding job opportunities for CNA / Hospital Assistant positions.


    WORK SCHEDULE
    Day Shift, 100% FTE (40 hours per week)

    Night Shift, 90% FTE (36 hours per week)

    DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    Radiology at Harborview provides diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic services to Harborview's patients and providers

    Through our various services and locations we touch almost every patient at some point in their care continuum

    Our faculty, technical and support staff are dedicated to providing the absolute best care and service possible


    PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Assist the medical and nursing staff by performing delegated tasks that involve direct patient care

    Transportation of patients, supplies, and specimens

    Ordering and stocking of supplies

    Maintain / set up of special equipment

    Participate in unit and selected departmental activities to promote effective problem solving and communication


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) with the State of Washington required

    High school diploma or GED equivalent


    Six months experience involving customer service in a health care setting OR six months experience involving direct patient care OR equivalent education/experience.

    Valid American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers upon hire
