    As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance processes within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement, develop quality standards and procedures, and ensure that products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

    REPONSABILITIES:

    1. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    2. Quality Control: Monitor production processes and product quality to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Implement corrective actions to address issues and prevent recurrence.
    3. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and standards for purchased components or materials. Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
    4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis and root cause analysis. Implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
    5. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks.
    6. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective action reports.
    7. Training and Education: Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.
    8. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
    9. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering).
    • 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
    • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA).
    • Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bilingual English-Spanish.
