- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hotel's food and beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with the brand standards and guest expectations.
- Lead and supervise a team of F&B professionals, including restaurant managers, chefs, servers, bartenders, and other staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, by monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus, incorporating local flavors, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends, while also considering dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control processes to optimize food and beverage profitability, minimize waste, and maintain budgetary targets.
- Develop and implement training programs for F&B staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and service standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and implementing corrective actions to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements, in all F&B operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with other hotel departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate activities, maximize revenue opportunities, and achieve overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the food and beverage sector, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage department of a hotel or resort, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems, for data analysis, reporting, and operational planning.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary techniques, and industry best practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate the needs of the business and ensure seamless operations.
- Hilton experience is preferred.
