Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy You create a safe environment where residents can thrive Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under supervision of RN or LPN Maintain medical records written documentation assuring accuracy completeness compliance federal state regulations certification legal ethical standards Transport assigned residents dining areas Feed assist needed Make frequent rounds check residents Supervise nurse aides direct resident appropriate Assist CNA staff necessary Follow-up ensure correction problems found
