    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
    Proven experience as a HR Manager or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role
    Understanding of employment laws
    Accuracy and high attention to detail
    Excellent organizational skills
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    Ability to clearly communicate complex issues orally and in writing
    Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    Use of social media to promote and support companies recruiting efforts
    Processes payroll weekly utilizing ADP software
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

    Human Resources Manager Main Responsibilities:
    Collaborates with leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
    Develop and implement a defined recruiting strategy to support a fast-growing organization
    Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow
    Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support human resource compliance and strategy needs
