    G.A. Rogers & Associates has partnered with our Irving, Texas based client in search of a dynamic Senior Tax Accountant to join their growing team in a hybrid capacity

    This role will support international tax compliance & have a clear path for leadership long-term

    Hybrid (M,W,F) onsite & T/Th =remote

    In this role, you'll report directly to the International Tax Director and play a crucial part in supporting our international tax operations. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while tackling challenging and rewarding tasks.

    Here's what you'll do:

    • Master the fundamentals: Prepare various U.S. tax forms (1120, 1120-S, etc.) and meticulously document your work.
    • Dive into international tax: Calculate the U.S. parent company's foreign income and foreign tax credits, ensuring accurate tax treatment.
    • Collaborate globally: Partner with our international colleagues to gather financial data and stay updated on global tax entity structure changes.
    • Contribute to international reporting: Prepare U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis forms (BE-10, BE-11, etc.) for accurate international economic reporting.
    • Embrace new developments: Assist with the implementation of the OECD's Pillar 2, a landmark international tax initiative.
    • Support tax controversy matters: Be part of a team that effectively addresses any tax-related challenges.

    Skills Required:
    - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
    - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred, not required
    - 5+ years of experience in international tax forms: 5471 & 8858 required
    - Familiarity with tax laws in major countries/regions
    - Proficiency in MS Office applications and tax preparation software (ie Thomson Reuters)
    - Excellent analytical, research and communication skills

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100, $130,000.00 Per Year
