    The Full-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant serves as a direct point of contact for individual consumers and businesses.

    As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will ensure all customers receive an above-average level of service, respond to inquiries about products, and are responsible for accurate data entry, including billing and pricing.

    The objective of this position is to meet the client's mission and goals, ultimately resulting in outstanding customer service.


    Sales & Marketing Assistant Tasks:

    Ability to interact with customers in a consistently positive and professional mannerManage a high volume customer interactions Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutionsAbility to use customer service software to answer customer questions and enter ordersHandle all paperwork associated with customer transactionsDevelop product knowledge to answer customer inquiriesInform the customers of new products or special offersWork in a well-organized mannerSupport other positions as neededPerform other tasks as assigned by the managerSales & Marketing Assistant Skills/Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMicrosoft Office experience required.

    CRM software preferredCustomer Service experience required.

    POS system experience preferredMust have good analytical and mathematical skillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of the food and beverage industry and products a plusThe applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be an excellent communicator, both on paper and over the phone, as they will frequently deal with customers.

    We are looking to fill this position immediately, therefore, candidates that are local to the area and able to interview as soon as possible are highly preferred.
