Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions in the outpatient setting.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and specialists, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Perform routine procedures and minor office-based interventions as appropriate.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records/documentation in accordance with established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Educate patients and their families about preventive healthcare measures, treatment options, and disease management strategies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of clinical best practices within the practice.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and staff members.
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
Strong clinical skills with proficiency in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of medical conditions commonly encountered in primary care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience working in an outpatient primary care setting preferred but not required.
