- Creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members.
- Managing and Creating care plans and ensuring communication with the team to avoid errors.
- Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conducting regular field staff reviews.
- Maintaining knowledge of current trends in home healthcare Caregiving in a home care setting and educating teams
- Communicating with patients and their family members as needed and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress.
- Assessing, and processing the admissions of patients
- Working with patients in the homes as skilled services are needed.
- Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following HIPAA regulations and quality standards
- Providing a direct line of communication between patients and office staff.
- Will meet and communicate with prospective clients.
- Creates and manages patients' files.
- Scheduling and completing supervisory visits.
