About the Project Manager position

Currently, we are actively searching for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a significant level of expertise in the digital realm, gained through experience in freelance or agency positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and execute project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish project goals, deliverables, and priorities.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role, preferably within a digital agency.
Strong knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward successful project completion.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
