Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of 10-Q's and 10-K's.
2. Assist in the preparation of IFRS Annual Report
3. Review and perform a tie out of the quarterly earnings release and associated externally published documents
4. Prepare the monthly/quarterly accounting entries and reconciliations associated with share-based compensation
5. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
6. Prepare supporting schedules and communicate with external auditors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
• Proven track record (5+ years) in financial reporting, demonstrating expertise in global reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
