    Manage, lead, and guide key business initiatives utilizing ESL's standard project management methodology.

    About the Role:
    This position is responsible for managing medium to large scale, strategic projects using a consistent methodology to coordinate activities, schedule resources, and ensure completion within scope, time, and budget.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Run projects using agile and waterfall methodologies.
    • Ensure that a strong partnership exists with internal and external partners.
    • Responsible for effective client interactions that result in a high degree of client satisfaction.
    • Provide a high degree of accessibility to business unit clients as well as vendors and consultants.

    Requirements:
    * Bachelor's degree or 4 years of directly related experience
    * Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams, complex analysis and problem solving, and presenting recommendations and roadmaps
    * In-depth understanding of effective project management principles and processes
    * Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization
    * Excellent presentation skills tailored to the audience
    * Strong leadership and team building skills
    * Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
    * Strong planning and organizational skills
    * PMP Certification preferred
    * Certified Scrum Master preferred
    * Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
