    Judson Group has been retained by an exponentially growing RIA in the search for a Wealth Advisor - CFP. This individual will support the firms Managing Directors by actively participating in client meetings, assisting with the development of investment and financial planning strategies, performing research in regard to complex UHNW client issues, and managing ad-hoc client needs. This individual will be an integral part of the client relationship, as they will be the point person for any day-to-day client communication.

    The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client facing role, is comfortable working directly with UHNW clients ($5MM+), has a strong understanding of financial planning (including tax and estate planning), and is naturally proactive in their approach to servicing clients. Experience working with professional athletes would be ideal.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client relationship management for UHNW clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communications.
    • Proactively collects information from clients as needed.
    • Assists with client asset management, including coordination of complete financial planning and wealth management (analysis, estate planning, tax strategies for assets under management, and portfolio management)
    • Manages a team of associates and senior associates helping them with training and professional development.
    • Collaborates with other team members including the tax team to ensure tax documentation is completed.
    • Works with vendors to ensure items are completed in a time manner (insurance, estate planning, mortgages, etc.)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree required.
    • CFP required.
    • 5-7 years of client facing experience required.
    • Strong technical skills and high-performance minded.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and listening skills.
    • Detail-oriented focus and a professional demeanor.
    • Ability to recognize and empathize with a given client situation.
