    Description

    I am currently seeking an experienced personal injury paralegal for a full-service law firm in the Minneapolis area. The ideal candidate shall be an enthusiastic team member with experience.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience with skills in litigation process and procedures.
    • Knowledgeable experience with preparing interrogatories, discovery requests, evidentiary materials, docket pleadings, and filing in state and federal courts.
    • Strong work ethic and ability, to prioritize work, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills are necessary.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LexisNexis, and WestLaw.
    • Requirements are inclusive of a college degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant work experience.
