- Help define digital customer experiences across Company websites and native apps
- Partner with Product Managers and UX Leads to refine new and existing customer-facing features.
- Lead a team of User Experience Designers and/or Associate User Experience Designers within a given domain.
- Responsible for owning a highly functional user experience that drives digital engagement & conversion.
- Drive product design initiatives, customer experience enhancements, and make strong individual contributions as needed.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising to understand and identify areas of opportunity driven from online data, usability, market research, and user-center design principles.
- A user-centric approach to business problems
- Familiarity with Figma using design systems libraries
- Ability to make the complex simple through highly-collaborative design thinking and excellent communication
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design/ User Experience Design
- Any experience in an Agile software environment
- Proficient using design and authoring tools such as Figma
- In-depth understanding of UI and design systems; knowledge of latest design trends and their role in the commercial environment
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating previous experience in UI and problem-solving approaches
- Ability to make deliberate, customer driven design decisions that translate high-level requirements into thoughtful, intuitive, functional interfaces

Description
We are looking for an Product Designer who excels in navigating the intricacies of sophisticated product environments.
Owning/driving the design evolution for an in-house dashboard system that is being piloted in-stores (think: Single source of data supplying viz on screens (in aisles) & also on back-room monitors for employees, etc.)
This represents the last leg of Supply Chain: Commodities that have arrived in the store and are being tracked/monitored for things like: Freshness, Supply, Demand, Traceability, Shrink, etc.
