- Within a structured, multidisciplinary team, provide primary care that may include treatment related to:
- Routine Preventative Care
- Chronic disease management and education
- Public Health
- Addiction Medicine
- HIV/HCV Care Here, physicians have access to the tools needed for successful delivery of care, including:
- Expansive Drug Formulary
- Comprehensive Care Guides
- Referrals to Specialty Care and Services
- Strong Nursing Teams
