Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our customer. This position will be closely supporting their Billing Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and input data accurately and efficiently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various departments with data-related tasks.

Location: Auburn, CA

Pay Rate: $

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update data into the database systems.
Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain and organize files and records.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and provide data to support other departments.
Draft correspondence for standard past due accounts and collections.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Must be able to type a minimum of 45 word per minute
Construction experience desirable
