Join the team of 5 physicians
1:6 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call +$
Operate with DaVinci Robot XI
Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days
Average 25 OR cases/month per provider; average 30-35 clinic visits/day
Perform surgeries at a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus
Weekly outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network
Primary Service Area- 260,000 people
Level III Trauma Center with helicopter service

Medical center is a level II regional referral trauma center. It is a faith-based, not-for-profit community health care system.
The network spans 14 counties across northern Iowa and consists of a network of 8 rural primary care hospitals, Mercy Clinics, home health agency, hospice, senior services agency, regional referral laboratory, regional rehabilitation and diagnostic technology services, pharmacies, an emergency services network, and a variety of other health care services.
