Job Description

New West Physical Therapy is a smaller outpatient physical therapy clinic looking to expand and grow. We are looking for the right therapist to join our team who is willing to learn and excited to grow with our practice. New grads welcome to apply

This can also be a Per-Diem position.

Responsibilities

· Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment

· Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

· Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function

· Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

· Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills

• Manual skills to restore mobility and function
• Effectively evaluate a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions
• Ability to progress patients appropriately and safely
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid CA license to practice physical therapy
• CPR certification
