    Job Description

    In support of the North America growth agenda, the Project Leader:

    • Leads small to medium size projects
    • Leads a work stream of a medium to large project
    • De-risks project through to execution
    • Manages projects to deliver upon promises to our customer and shareholders

    Responsibilities

    • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives
    • Manage overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of small to medium projects or workstream of a medium to large project
    • Identify and control risks and issues on the project and drive escalation and resolution
    • Ensure sales to delivery requirements are met for startups, to ensure successful delivery
    • Prepare for and participate in Project Assurance Review(s)
    • Establish and manage scope and ensure business case realization, including Deviation to Plan post go live
    • Report the budget and escalate potential over spend issues
    • Report project progress to all stakeholders including customers and business sponsor
    • Develop a communication plan
    • Develop a robust Cutover Plan, which includes all Operational, Systemic and Customer activities
    • Identify previous lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
    • Motivate, drive and challenge project team
    • Manage the performance of the project team and escalate as appropriate

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelors Degree, required
    • 1-5 years of experience within the project manager or operations area, preferred
    • 1-5 years of experience in supply chain, preferred
    • 1-5 years of operations management experience, preferred
    • Effective and professional presentation skills/ communicate with impact, required
