JOB SUMMARY:Primary responsibility for leading and directing the Divisions land planning and development teams in all aspects of the planning and development phases. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and direct for assigned Division project due diligence, feasibility budgets and schedules, planning and entitlement, land development, and budgeting activities.- Oversee and support programs established by Area management team.- Oversee due diligence activities.- Assess project risks and convey risks to Area VP and Operations Team.- Participate in establishing feasibility budgets and schedules for all consulting, engineering, and development activities.- Coordinate land activities with Operating Team to facilitate timely project start-up.- Oversee the timely preparation of Conditional and Final Public Reports. Assist Area VP with implementation of standard DRE protocol. Oversee Division HOA activities.- Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff.- Oversee timely preparation of contracts.- Assist Area VP with implementation of standard contracting protocol.- Oversee project bidding and land purchasing activities for Division.
