    Hours: 09:00am 05:30pm


    Screening:
    Send resumes and hiring managers will review resumes & then schedule for a video and/or phone interview


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Responsible for recruiting and staffing initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team of Recruiters, Sourcers and Director.
    May Screen and speak directly with prospective candidates on the phone or in person.
    ssist Recruiters and Hiring Manager preparing Interview Guides, Consensus Documents, and other compliance related documentation.
    May assist in writing Offer Letters.
    ssist in accessing information in the applicant tracking system or in other reports, or systems.

    Post a position in recruiting sites and Linked In, Indeed and keeps track of the positions that are posted.

    Interprets policies and procedures for client base.
    Tracks and collects data for applicant tracking; generates recruiting reports, as needed.
    Ensures confidentiality.
    Submits background checks on all applicants. Submit candidates to pre-employment testing.
    May submit candidates to hiring managers on behalf of recruiters.
    Coordinate and Schedule interviews for hiring managers with candidates.
    Coordinates hiring documents with the candidates for compliance. Maintains compliance and organization of all position folders.
    Maintains and updates documents in Talent Acquisition library
    Build relationships with Department Leaders, Hiring Managers and Candidates
    May Utilizes ATS, Job boards and social media, career fairs and college websites for recruitment and sourcing.
    Updating applicant tracking system to maintain data integrity.
    Create Excel spreadsheets of Talent Acquisition data and stats as needed.
    Possibly assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and training material.
    ssist Talent Acquisition Department in meeting all Service Level Agreements and any additional metrics.
    Work collaboratively with the onboarding team to ensure a smoother and onboarding process for new candidates.


    Education, Experience and Qualifications:

    Minimum:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field and of 3 years of administrative support experience.
    t least 1 year of experience within HR, Talent Acquisition required.
    Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
    Strong Knowledge of Internet recruiting techniques and Microsoft Office Suite required.
    Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
    One year of experience can be substituted for each year of education required.
