Junior Infrastructure Operations Engineer.

What you will do:
As a

Junior Infrastructure Operations Engineer , you'll join a team you can always rely on for feedback and continuous professional growth.

Your Responsibilities:
Interaction with suppliers, vendors, data centers, customers
Administrative work in ERP and DCIM systems
Troubleshooting and maintenance of server equipment installed in the data center
Be part of infra ops incident management efforts


We expect you to have:
2 years experience in IT
English language at a business level
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of server architecture and PC hardware elements
Experience in hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with ERP systems
Good network knowledge (network devices, IP, DNS, gateway, MAC address, ping, ifconfig, traceroute, etc.)
Basic Unix/Linux administration experience
Ability to independently find solutions to problems
Ability to manage your time and multitask

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of HP, DELL, Supermicro, Arista, Cisco, APC equipment
Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP)
Deep understanding of the operation of network and server equipment, data center infrastructure
Experience writing scripts in BASH/Python
Desire to automate routine tasks
Vendor and/or network certification (CCNA, LPIC etc)
