- Maintain licensure and comply with clinical care guidelines.
- Participate in quality management and continuous quality improvement activities.
- EOL (End of Life Option):
- Handle regulatory data reporting, process coordination, and support Members/Physicians under the California End of Life Option Act.
- For Psychiatry Department roles: Two (2) years of post-graduate mental health therapy experience within the last five (5) years.
- For Addiction Medicine Department roles: Two (2) years of post-graduate addiction medicine therapy experience within the last five (5) years.
- Medical Social Worker - End of Life Option: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience within the last three (3) years in end-of-life care and counseling.
- Must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Required to hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or Professional Clinical Counselor in California.
- Must have a National Provider Identifier.
- Proficient in utilizing current DSM nomenclature.
- Demonstrate superior service skills and cultural sensitivity towards members, colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and appropriate treatment interventions.
- Must be well-versed in various treatment modalities.
- Consideration may be given to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists with a Behavioral Health Master's Degree.
- Hold a valid AHA BLS card.
- LCSW certification is mandatory.
- For End of Life Option roles:
- Hold a current CA Drivers License, maintain a clear driving record for the past two (2) years, and provide proof of automobile insurance as per legal requirements.
