    NextStep Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Consultant for a well-respected client for a compensation project.

    The ideal candidate will be pivotal in developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation structure that is transparent, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals across all divisions and states.

    This role involves evaluating job roles, setting compensation levels, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The project is targeted for 6 months.


    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    Extensive experience in compensation analysis within multi-divisional organizations
    Proficiency in job evaluation, market pricing, and developing salary structures
    Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in quantitative methods
    Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines


    Preferred:
    Master's degree or certifications such as CCP, SHRM-SCP
    Experience with operations in multiple states
    Expertise in compensation system software and tools
