    Job DescriptionDescriptionSkyword's Professional Services Manager (PSM) serves as an account manager, advisor and strategist, collaborating closely with the Account Director to oversee program execution and fulfillment. The Professional Services Manager owns day-to-day client relationships and provides strategic direction to their designated accounts based on data analysis and client objectives. They work closely alongside their team to plan, deliver, and report on content that drives results based on client KPIs and goals.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Own key aspects of the client relationship: communication, program management, reporting, and execution of the program. Ensure delivery of monthly/ongoing client program goals and meet client retention and growth targets.
    • Understand client objectives and audience needs to calibrate the right formats, cadence, and channel-asset mix within the content plan to maximize results and outcomes
    • Uncover insights and support clients with original research and data analysis to drive client program results
    • Collaborate with editorial managers to ensure content supports and drives overall program strategy forward
    • Gather and organize resources and materials as needed from clients to support content creation efforts
    • Work with the Customer Success team to set up client programs using Skyword360 and provide clients with ongoing training, assistance, and support
    • Work with Editorial team members to ensure contributors are properly trained on the content guidelines for their client programs
    • Report on client programs, drawing the connection between content and impact on business outcomes (i.e., revenue, lead generation), to key stakeholders


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
    • 3-5 years of digital marketing and content marketing experience
    • 3-5 years of client management experience
    • Experience in cross-channel content marketing strategy and tactics, including paid, owned, and earned channels
    • Ability to analyze data and develop relevant and actionable plans, programs, and recommendations
    • Demonstrated experience with technical SEO tools, data platforms (e.g., Semrush, GA4, Adobe Analytics) and audience profiling tools
    • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically, identify and resolve problems, while maintaining a strong customer focus
    • Ability to manage time around unexpected situations and/or requests and prioritize workflow by opportunity

    What we would like to see:
    • 3-5 years working within digital advertising agencies or consultancies
    • Success building partnerships and fostering teamwork in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
    • Proven self-starter, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed expectations
    • Comfort discussing relevant, current, and emerging technologies and digital trends and insights with clients
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
