PositionDescription

The SAP SecurityAnalyst II (remote) is a highly experienced SAP Securityprofessional with strong and tenured hands-on experience, capableof working on complex projects and service requests, who is highlycomfortable and proficient working directly with various groupsand/or project management. This role will be responsible fordesigning, implementing and maintaining security solutions in allenterprise applications environments, including SAP.

KeyAccountabilities:

• Bring together SAP Technical, Functional andSupport teams and Business users to ensure continuity andsustainability of security design. Inclusive of knowledge sharingregarding the intricacies of Architecture, SAP Security andimplementation methodology across saidconstituencies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies,processes and procedures across all SAP systems. Support SAPSecurity Audits and compliance requests.
• Drive process in the prototyping and testingof roles and role changes in a governed manner throughout thesystemlandscape.
• Provide thought leadership and hands-onsupport towards adoption of new trends and best practices whileensuring compliance in SAP Security and Data Governanceareas.
• Mentor other members of the team helping themto improve skills. Perform peer reviews to ensure best practicesand standards, and reviewdocumentation.
• Create andmaintain required documentation including high-level architectureand design specs.
• Develop testcases, fully support team in the execution of testing andevaluation of results.

Education andExperience:

• Bachelor'sDegree in Information Systems, Cyber Security or other relatedfield preferred
• 5 - 7 years ofexperience as SAP Security Analyst

• Analytical ability to synthesize data andreport/align onmetrics
• Maintain existing Security solutions byidentifying and correctingdefects
• Build relationships with key members of ouruser community and become a trusted resource with thoseusers

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have experience in design,delivery and support of security for SAP systems such as S4, Fiori,GRC, BW, Business Objects and SolutionManager.
• Maintain and troubleshoot authorizationissues in S4. Maintain Catalog, Groups and Roles in FioriLaunchpad. Troubleshoot any Fiori authorization issues and traceback to back-end system whenrequired.
• Knowledge of Business Objects Security to BWSecurity integration. Configure authentication and user managementin Business Objects using CMC. Develop BW roles that tie intospecific BW data objects and build Business Objects reportingcatalogs.
• Demonstrate experience developing andimproving internal controls. Make recommendations on how tooptimize security roles to avoid SODviolations
• Proficient with GRC tools related to accesscontrols and monitoring. Should be able to configure andtroubleshoot issues related to User Access Review, Access RiskAnalysis and Emergency AccessManagement
• Knowledge of SOD process in GRC, maintain andupdate rulesets and mitigatingcontrols
• Knowledge of integration points as applicableto SAP Security across modules such as MM, PP, SD, WM, QM andFI/CO
• SAP License management and submission,including proper classification ofusers
• Integration with other SAP bolt-on productsand new dimension productsbeneficial
• Familiarity with Identity Management tools,LDAP and Active Directorybeneficial
• Understanding of SNC, SAML, logon tickets andcertificate management is anadvantage

Position-Specific WorkRequirements:

• May be required to travel up to15% - 20% of the time based on businessneeds
• Must comply andacknowledge the "Refresco Home-based Job Requirements" policyreviewed during new hire's onboarding.
• This position requires travel for on-siteon-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks,possibly longer.
• Thisposition requires Spring and Fall travel for week long departmentSummit meetings in Tampa.
• Due to the impact that this role has onRefresco North American operations, travel on short notice toprovide business critical support may berequired.
