- Commission up to 50% with no draw system, no capped commissions
- Work from home 2 days a week, with 3 days in the office.
- Note trainees are in the office 5 days a week during the initial 12-week training program. 20 days annual leave, increasing with every year of service up to 30 days
- Unlimited annual leave for Senior Consultants (or equivalent) and above Birthday day off

You would be joining a very small, agile team in our office in Boston and would have the opportunity to build and scale a desk of your own across Risk, Compliance, Finance or Legal (depending on your background) leveraging the existing relationships we have from the UK and across Europe. We are looking for someone with experience in a 360 recruitment role in any market with consistent billings of 3+ years.
