The ranges provided are the inclusive role's Base Salary only.
This role will also be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of the Employee's annual salary based on Management By Objective (MBO) performance goals and/or targets set by the employee and their direct supervisor.
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

Position yourself as a trusted partner for our Partnerships Team and Sales Leadership Team, partnering closely with our Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and our Director of Partnerships to amplify our
Partnerships
engine.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Partner Team reporting & dashboards, leveraging data and systems to track key metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Partner Manager Territory strategy & assignments, ensuring optimal coverage and alignment with company objectives and partner needs.
Lead the charge on Partnerships-focused Systems projects, taking ownership of the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of tools and processes to enhance efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
Develop, define, and document best-practice processes for our Partner Team; providing resources and ongoing support to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
Requirements:
3+ years experience managing projects and cross-functional programs related to Partnerships & Channel Sales strategy and operations.
Experience as an Admin in Salesforce, along with proficiency in Outreach, Gong, and similar Sales tools.
