    Description

    Scope:

    Prepares, set ups, breaks down and cleans up breakfast service in limited service hotels. Inventories supplies.


    Primary Responsibilities:


    • Prepares breakfast and sets up breakfast service in assigned area according to hotel or brand standard.
    • Keeps breakfast items filled and the breakfast area cleaned during the breakfast service times.
    • Break down and put away breakfast items according to brand specifications and clean breakfast area. Reports needed repairs to equipment and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
    • Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintains supplies in a neat and organized to department standards.
    • Maintains keys and supplies issued each day.
    • Reports any guest issues to supervisor.
    • Follows procedures food safety.
    • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
    • Follows company policies and procedures.
