    Senior HR Operations Specialist

    We will count on you to:

    Design, implement, and monitor human capital programs and policies including total rewards, talent management and talent acquisition. Anticipate and plan for long-term people-related needs and trends. Ensure current employees have the necessary skills for future requirements. Maintain HR information systems. Define strategies, increase operational effectiveness and efficiency, and mitigate risks by applying HR expertise and transformation capabilities. Develop, present and implement recommendations to inform critical HR decisions based on analysis of marketplace trends, primary internal company research, financial analysis, organizational objectives and perspectives of key stakeholders. Make recommendations to the HR Strategy team based on the research from various sources, both internal and external, that are used for decision making, benchmarking or for informational purposes. Data analysis and data visualization of relevant workforce data. Utilize analytical techniques to analyze key HR metrics and trends. Work collaboratively with internal clients to develop, socialize, and implement HR solutions within a team-based environment. Involved in HR strategic planning and the management of projects that address people, processes and systems. Perform analysis of HR Effectiveness deliverables and relevant data, including developing financial and organizational models to drive the development of future state organizational transformation options for the HR Community enterprise wide. Collect and disseminate information related to the HR Effectiveness initiative and for the overall management of the Enterprise HR, as directed from the Office of the CHRO. Conduct external research and compile relevant information related to HR Effectiveness. Update and maintain project management documentation, including project plans, status reports and action logs. Track actions, issues and risks to ensure completion/resolution; Raise problems or concerns impacting schedule and/or performance to the HR Effectiveness Manager. Provide support across multiple HR Effectiveness initiatives including Design Event preparation, stakeholder management, Change & Communications, and Organization design.

    What you need to have:

    Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field plus three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered or a related position. Employer will accept a Master's degree in a stated field of study in meeting the Bachelor's degree requirement. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: Analyzing key internal and marketplace HR data and effectiveness trends; Regularly providing key HR metrics and analytics; Using project management tools, including MS Office suite for planning and executing service delivery across several business units and geographies; Applying techniques of group dynamics, organizational change, individual development and motivation for HR effectiveness policies and programs; Using Workday and a Human Capital Management system; Navigating a company with a matrix organizational structure; Informing and guiding company leaders in global decision-making using data and research from various sources; Communicating with regional teams regarding project management documentation, including project plans, status reports and action logs; and Utilizing software and technologies including Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerBI, Python using Jupyter notebooks, R, and SQL. Must also have two (2) years of experience with: Performing analysis of HR effectiveness deliverables and relevant data, including developing financial and organizational models to drive the development of future state organizational transformation; and Analysis, reporting and project support/management.

    The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,000-$145,600 per year.
