    As our

    Director, Global Services Supply Chain , you will be responsible for:
    Developing our company's service supply chain management strategy

    Building the processes which guarantee the efficient movement and storage of Service Spare Parts and systems, work-in-process inventory, and spare parts from point of origin to point of consumption, across all product lines and divisions.

    Directing the company's overall global service spare parts supply chain management strategies, globally and cross-divisionally

    This role will drive the end-to-end Supply Chain Global Service strategy including spare part planning, spare par procurement, spare parts logistics, spare part warehouse operations, reverse logistics and leading initiatives resulting in a new standardized, strong, and streamlined global service model that enables service consistency, improved performance, costs, and governance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The incumbent may be asked to perform other functional-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities, as reasonably required by business needs.

    Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for all aspects of the company's service supply chain to deliver the right part at the right time while reducing complexity, reducing costs, mitigating risk, improving quality, shortening lead times, and optimizing inventories.

    Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, including but not limited toplanning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse and depot operations, and reverse logistics.

    Collaborate with and influence cross functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Operations to align service supply chain strategy and improve Product Lifecycle Management.

    Spearhead sourcing initiatives in conjunction with procurement to ensure delivery of products on time, on budget, and in stock.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, optimize inventory, and reduce operational costs.

    Oversee the management of service parts inventory across multiple distributions centers and 3PLs across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions to meet customer SLAs.

    Assess and recommend appropriate service depot function further accelerating growth and customer utilization.
    Challenge existing suppliers and OEM factories to upgrade their capabilities. Identify best in class supply partners to ensure enhanced client capability of optimized processes, and services, exceeding KPI's.
    In conjunction with procurement, negotiate supply agreements with all global vendors and OEM factories.
    Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and recommend actionable strategies based on data-driven insights.
    Continuously develop/enhance service supply chain and logistics productivity and operational processes. Implement industry best practices for forecasting, sourcing, risk mitigation, inventory, and vendor management.

    Refine and implement GSI Recommended supply chain effectiveness metrics, KPI's, dashboards and report regularly on service logistics performance, utilizing the metrics.

    Identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver improvement in controls, outcomes and/or process improvement.
    Partner with internal and external suppliers to drive accountability and improvements in service levels and commitments. Take decisive action when levels and commitments are not met.

    Partner across the enterprise to achieve successful outcomes for Hologic while influencing changes in behaviors or outdated processes when necessary, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.


    Required qualifications and education:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    Advanced Degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
    AMinimum of 12 yearsof progressive experience within Service Logistics orSupply Chain.
    At least 5 years of experience in a manager or director level role required.
    Proven track record of managing global supply chain functions while delivering measurable improvements.
    Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a focus on talent development and performance management.

    Skills:
    Demonstrated change management capability and approach
    Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
    Strong working knowledge of supply chain management principles, ERP, WMS, transport routing software and Lean implementation
    Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
    Broad knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, ROI
    Ability to influence key stakeholders to drive improvements
    Creates a followership across the organization
    The annualized base salary range for this role is $137,900 to $245,200 and is bonus eligible.

    Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
