Job Description

Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the tactical procurement team including demand analysis, RFQs/RFPs, PO placement, PO follow-up/status, and individual DFARS compliance.

Manage team of Senior Buyers/Buyers to ensure material availability that maintains production schedule and program bid costs. Set up the appropriate metrics to manage the Buyers and what they accomplish based on the business needs.

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma
5+ years of purchasing experience (manufacturing)
Excellent with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Excellent with Defense federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
Basic ERP software experience
US Citizen Bachelors
Previous managerial experience null
