Must be Core licensed for Florida and reside in Florida
The Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting specific aspects that affect the overall success of operations for the communities assigned to their personal portfolio.
This position is responsible for supporting areas in the overall process of excellence in sales, human resources, licensure compliance,
daily operations and census development while ensuring the assigned communities comply with corporate policies,
annual budget and federal/state regulations. It is also the responsibility of this position to assure services that provide the highest practical functioning of its residents,the families it serves,and the needs of employees and community where it operates.
