Sales Manager - Roofing

Qualifications

Successful previous experience as a roofing sales representative or roofing sales manager
Committed to furthering roofing industry knowledge
Proven ability to drive the entire sales process
Strong business Acumen and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people/time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs & climb roofs/ladders
Some Travel Required
Driver's License (Required)
Raleigh, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Market Expansion Ready
Daily ownership of training, coaching, and monitoring sales reps
Build and encourage strong customer relationships
Present weekly/monthly results to leadership
Ensure the team has the knowledge to provide education to homeowners about roof components, current structure status, and company offerings
Generate personal sales pipeline and obtain referrals
Ensure client satisfaction
Prepare proposals and estimates through the use of roofing software
Encourage clients to rate client experience via social media
