Job description
An NFC Amenity Management Pool/Beach Attendant provides 5 Diamond Luxury Customer Service to clients and their guests. At the same time, they
can use the pool/beach and its amenities while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
This is a part-time position offering .
Reports To: Concierge/Fitness/Spa Director
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our residents.
- Responsible for the enforcement of all operational policies and procedures, rules and regulations, ensuring the safety of our clients and
their guests.
- Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies.
- General maintenance and cleaning of the area/equipment, and notify the maintenance manager of any issues.
- Keeping areas clean and free of debris.
- Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests using NFC-approved terminology.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in any weather condition
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Cleaning and organization skills must be a high priority
- Position may require moving deck furniture and supplies- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
